decorating my room?

We have recently moved and I have no idea what to do with my room!! I can’t paint my walls either. I have white furniture (entertainment center with dressers and storage space, a book case, a dresser, and a skinny dresser for socks and tights and stuff) and a full sized bed. I can also put a futon in my room if I want. My room is 10′ by 15′. I luuv music and fashion. How should I do my room?? Thxx!

Has anyone ever heard of decorating phobia? I need guidance?

I really need to overcome my decorating fears. I would like to be able to make my townhome nice to sell, but would like to be able to decorate a new place. I have a beautiful front window that needs something to enhance the room, and entrance coming up and the room has beautiful natural light. Any color suggestions, or suggestions for decoration the long wall that is in the entrance coming up. I am exhausted of looking at bare white walls.

i’ve asked two questions and collected some great ideas. so heres what im thinking. My room is 9×9 give or take. My window wall is my focal wall. That wall is white with pink daisies on it. Me and my friends will paint them. They will have butterscotch centers. the butterscotch will carry over to my other walls. my furniture is white. the pink used in the flowers will be carried to a border around my wall at the top that has my friends and mine quotes written. they will be in the black used to detail my flowers. cool? my curtain will be pink. wrapped around my curtain rod is a vine with daisies pinned to it. my closet will have pink beads since i have no door. my bed is going to have pink sheets and a oatmeal heather quilt on top. i think it will look cool. Ill have handpainted vases for my fake flowers too. let me know what else. constructive critisim is welcome. not f u f me stuff though.
i have light brown almost white carpet. its brand new. i used to have hard wood but i have a blind dog and he couldn’t tell the texture from my room and the hallway. so i added carpet plus hardwoods a pain because it makes your socks dirty unless you sweep all day lol.

I’m sick of my bedroom and it’s a small room… I want something cool in it… like a laser machine or something rave-esque… Anyone have any good ideas for light machines that aren’t for huge rooms???

help re-decorating my red room?

my room has cherry-red walls with a light turquoise ceiling.. the theme is bollywood - purple and gold sheets, turquoise and fuschia accents, colorful diwan pillows..
but, its time for a change.. i want to keep my walls and ceiling the same color but i just want a new theme or a new color (preferably a light one) to tie in with these two colors so i can have a “new” room.
any ideas? thanks!

Does anyone know how to decorate a table for a rainbow tea?

Our church is having a rainbow tea, and I have the job of decorating the entire room and also decorating the main table. Now the main table must tie the entire tea and colors of the rainbow into it. Also it must not be expensive we are on a budge. However I want it to be extremly nice(because it does not have to be expensive to be nice). So far I have gotten what the colors of the rainbow mean but that it. I don’t know how I will tie that into a centerpiece for the table. Please help!!
